中国就业培训技术指导中心成立于1998年，与人力资源和社会保障部职业技能鉴定中心合署办公，是人力资源和社会保障部的直属事业单位，负责全国就业、职业培训以及职业技能鉴定的技术指导和组织实施工作。

Founded in 1998, CETTIC handles its official affairs jointly with Occupation Skill Testing Authority (OSTA). It is one of the public institutions directly under the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. It is responsible for providing technical guidance to the employment and vocational training work nationally, and organizing occupational skill testing all over the country.

 

中心作为我国在就业培训鉴定工作领域国际交流的窗口，承担技能类国外职业资格证书引进的技术认证与我国有关证书在国际的宣传推广工作，组织实施相关领域国际合作项目。组织优秀技工代表出国观摩访问和学习，参加国际技能比赛，向世界展示中国技能人才的风采，积极为发展中国家提供培训，不断扩大中心的国际影响。

As the window of international exchange in the field of employment training and skill testing, the Center undertakes the introduction of foreign occupation qualification certificates to China, as well as publicising national certificates in an international platform. It also organizes and implements international projects in the relevant fields. Delegations of outstanding technical workers are organized to visit other countries for further study and to participate in the international skill competitions, showcasing Chinese skills and talents. Meanwhile training programs have been actively provided to developing countries, expanding the influence of the Center in the international arena.
